Using this site.

Internet Explorer and Firefox have a setting that says if you have already visited a site, do NOT reload the page. Instead, use the page information from your previous visit.

This is fine if the web site never changes, or if you delete your temporary files before each visit to a particular site. If not, you will never see the new information unless you hit the RELOAD/REFRESH button at the top of the browser menu bar.

You can change this feature so that your browser ALWAYS reloads the page as follows:

Click Tools, then click Internet Options. Under the General Tab look for Temporary Internet Files. Click on Settings... and then select the radio button that says Every Visit To Page.
